Every attempt is made to fulfill every purchase. Please be aware that occasionally we might have to cancel orders that we are unable to process due to some unavoidable reasons.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact, and in the same condition as received.

Unboxing Video Requirement

A clear unboxing video showing the parcel opening is mandatory when requesting a return. Without this video, we cannot process your request.

Refund Process

Refunds will be initiated within 7 days after we receive the returned parcel.

If you paid online, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.

If you paid via COD, you will need to share your bank account details, and the refund will be transferred directly to your account.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene concerns and government regulations. These include:

Contraceptives, condoms

Nightwear, briefs, innerwear, lingerie

Cosmetics, oils, lotions, potions, pills, creams

Medical equipment and other personal-use items

Such products are only returnable if the item received is incorrect.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Replacement / Exchange Policy
Contraceptives, Condoms, nightwear, briefs, innerwear, lingerie, cosmetics, oils, lotions, potions, pills, creams, medical equipment, and any other personal items used for intimate parts of the body cannot be replaced or exchanged due to hygiene concerns and government guidelines. Therefore, please review all product details carefully before making your purchase.
We will replace or exchange products, other than personal care items, within 3 days of delivery.
When opening the courier box, please record a video that clearly shows the contents and the label. This video will be required as proof to support any claim for a refund or exchange. Without video proof, no refund or exchange will be processed.
Damaged/Defective/Different
We accept exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect products if we are notified within 24 hours of delivery. The request will only be accepted if you provide a proper unboxing video of the courier box, clearly showing that the product you received was damaged, defective, or different.
You may return the product unused, with its original invoice, tags, and packaging, in the same condition as received, for an exchange, within 3 days of delivery.
Note: To process any replacement or exchange, you must keep the courier box label with you. Do not discard it or hand it over to anyone, including the delivery agent, as without this slip we cannot process your request.
